Infinix Smart 8 HD With 6.6 HD Display, 5000mAh Battery

Infinix has launched SMART 8 HD, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the SMART series, as the successor to SMART 7 HD which was launched earlier this year, featuring the same specs and design as the recently announced Smart 8 which shared plenty of similarities with the Tecno Pop 8.

The smartphone features a 6.6-inch HD+ display, same as the predecessor, but this comes with a punch-hole and has 90Hz refresh rate, which is first in the segment, says the company.

The panel sports a punch hole cutout and a Dynamic Island-like overlay which brings system status updates and charging info.

There’s a Unisoc T606 chipset alongside 3GB RAM and 64GB storage which is expandable via the microSD card slot. The back features a 13MP main cam and an auxiliary AI module. The phone boots Android 13 (Go edition) with Infinix XOS 13 on top and features a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging.
