Funded by the Romanian state, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to foreign citizens, based on H.G. 288/1993. The scholarships are available to international students who are not from the EU member countries. Application Deadline is March 15.
2.) Government of Canada Scholarships
This scholarship provides students from post-secondary institutions located in the new eligible countries/territories with short-term exchange opportunities for study or research in Canadian post-secondary institutions. The scholarship is made available by Global Affairs Canada through its legal title: the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD). Application Deadline is March 22.
3.) Shanghai Government Scholarships
The Shanghai Government Scholarships are available in two categories – the A-type and the B-type. The A-type scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship to include tuition, accommodation, living expenses and comprehensive medical insurance during the scholarship period while the B-type scholarship is a partial scholarship that will cover tuition and comprehensive medical insurance. Application Deadline is March 31, 2022.
4.) Royal Thai Government Scholarships
The scholarship is a fully funded programme and aims to provide support to doctoral and master’s level students with excellent academic qualifications. It is proudly funded by the Government of Thailand to students of certain priority countries. Application Deadline Varies.
5.) Government of Mauritius Scholarships
The Government of Mauritius awards scholarships to Africans to study in Mauritius. The scholarship will support successful candidates in meeting their tuition fees and in contributing to their living expenses during their studies in Mauritius. It also covers the student’s airfare to and from their country of origin. Application Deadline Varies.

Each year, the TaiwanICDF provides scholarships for higher education and has developed undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. programs in cooperation with renowned partner universities in Taiwan. Application Deadline is March 15.
7.) Australia Awards Scholarships
The Australia Awards Scholarships programme is administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is aimed contributing to the development needs of Australia’s partner countries in line with bilateral and regional agreements. It is fully funded and available Masters study and short courses in Australia. Application Deadline is April 29.
