The sub-brand of Transsion Holdings -Tecno Mobile, has today announced the launch of two new smartphones from its budget portfolio, Camon iAce and Camon iSky. It was only just 3 weeks after the launching of Tecno Camon iTwin.
The major highlight of both the smartphones is the inclusion of FullView display and AI-infused rear and selfie cameras. Both of them features 5.5-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Both of them equips MediaTek MT6739WW quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. They are backed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM.
Camon iAce Camon iSky
The handset is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor and paired with 2GB of RAM + 16GB onboard storage and can be expanded upon to a further 128GB by using a microSD card. The rear camera features a single 13MP camera and for selfies, there is an 8MP front-facing camera. Both cameras are assisted by a dual-LED flash and the cameras have an aperture value of F/2.0.
To unlock this handset, Tecno has added the Face Unlock feature. The handset is powered by a 3050mAh. The Camon iAce is available in Champagne Gold, Midnight Black, and Midnight Blue color variants.
Tecno Camon iSky
The Tecno Camon iSky features a similar 5.5-inch HD+ FullView display, powered by MediaTek MT6739 chipset and offers similar RAM/storage configuration as the Camon iAce.
The dual-SIM Camon iSky runs HiOS based Android Oreo. On the camera front, it sports a 13MP primary sensor with dual-LED flash. f/2.0 aperture and secondary VGA camera. At the front, it has a 13MP camera sensor that comes with the dual-LED flash module.
Camon iSky packs a 3,050mAh battery. Unlike the Canon iAce, it has a fingerprint sensor to complement the Face Unlock functionality. The smartphone will be available for purchase from August 20.

Tecno Camon iAce has been priced at Rs 6,799 ($100), while Camon iSky priced has been set at Rs 7,499 ($108).
