LG Takes A Jibe At Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus On Twitter
Mobile vendors taking jibes at one another on social media isn’t new. They’re even know to go as far as doing this in their ads and we’re yet to see the last of it.LG and Samsung have a long history of taking digs at each other and we saw it again a few days ago. Last week in a tweet, Samsung tried promoting the fast charging capability of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. The tweet said, “Go from zero to full in just 90 minutes with the built-in fast charging capabilities of the #GalaxyS6edgePlus.”
LG responded and took a dig at the inbuilt battery of the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. In LG’s opinion, you can go from zero charge to full charge instantly with a removable battery.
LG G4 has a removable battery and there are indications that the next flagship from the compnay, LG G5, will take the same route. In this tweet, however, LG was referring to LG V10, another high-end phone released late last year.
The South Korean company is expected to announce LG G5 at the Mobile World Congress this month and as for the specifications, rumor has it that it may pack a 5.6-inch Quad HD display. The device has been reported to sport an all-metal body and a dual camera setup at the back. It is also expected to come with a fingerprint sensor.
