HTC Vive Virtual Reality Gear Gets Cleared By FCC
Next year is going to see virtual reality gain more popularity and HTC has already stepped into the game along with Steam to showcase HTC Vive in January. The device has already been cleared by FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in the US and should be ready to ship next year. He added that they have made “a very, very big technological breakthrough” with the Vive and it’s going to be unveiled at the next Consumer Electronic Show (CES) later in January.
The developer edition will be premiered at CES in January but the consumer edition release date has been slated for April 2016.
